E15 or E3100: leak protection

Stop using the dishwasher. Thermador advises stopping water inflow and requesting assistance. Only close a safely accessible supply valve from a dry location. Do not tilt the unit or bypass the leak protection to clear the message.

E22, E24 or E25: preparing a service request

Photograph the display and note whether water remains in the tub. Tell ABS about any recent disposal or plumbing work. Use the owner manual for permitted filter maintenance. Do not reach into the pump: hidden glass and debris may be sharp. A technician can assess repeated faults and explain the estimate before repair.

What to send ABS

  • Full model number and a photo of the entire code.
  • When the message appears during the cycle.
  • Visible water, noise or changes in cleaning performance.
  • Recent installation, plumbing or earlier repair history.
