Thank you very much, he arrived as agreed. He conducted diagnostics, found the cause and quickly fixed it. So far the refrigerator works perfectly. The thermostat was installed incorrectly, a thick layer of ice built up on the back of the refrigerator, as a result the thermostat stopped working. I had to call another technician to solve this issue.
