What E15 and E3100 indicate
Thermador’s dishwasher reference describes these messages as water detected in the base and activation of leakage protection. Verify the complete code and model against the owner manual. The message does not identify the source of the leak or a specific failed part.
Stop use and arrange assistance
Stop running the dishwasher. Thermador advises shutting off water inflow and contacting support. Only close a supply valve if it is safely accessible from a dry position. Do not touch electrical connections or stand in water while handling the appliance.
Do not bypass the protection
Do not tilt the dishwasher, pull it out or bypass a switch to make the message disappear. Clearing a display does not demonstrate that the leak has been repaired. Leave inspection of the base and internal components to a technician.

Describe what you observed without dismantling the appliance. Tell ABS about access restrictions and who can review the estimate. We confirm appointment availability and applicable charges; after diagnosis, you decide whether to approve the proposed repair.
Is a new pump always required?
No component replacement should be assumed from the code alone. ABS assesses the appliance and explains the findings and estimate before repair work begins. Model information and inspection determine the repair plan.
