Thermador Appliance Repair Monrovia

Organizing a service request for more than one appliance

If two Thermador appliances need attention, list each appliance separately when contacting ABS. Include the model and symptom for both, even when they are installed in the same kitchen. This helps us discuss the appointment scope and applicable charges. Confirm who will meet the technician and review any estimates, particularly when a property manager is coordinating the visit for an occupant.

Refrigerator, freezer and ice maker concerns

Describe which compartment is affected and how its operation has changed. Useful details include an alarm, recurring frost, unusual cycling or an ice maker that has stopped producing ice. A refrigerator column and a separate freezer may have different model numbers. We assess the affected unit and explain the diagnosis before recommending a repair; symptoms alone do not establish the failed component.

Wall ovens and cooking appliances

For an oven problem, specify the cavity and cooking mode, along with any message shown on the display. For a range or cooktop, identify the burner or cooking zone that needs attention. Mention whether the issue occurs intermittently or during every use. Inspection and the model information guide the repair estimate and any discussion of ordering components for a return visit.

Dishwasher leaks, drainage and interrupted cycles

Tell us when a dishwasher stops, whether water remains in the tub and where any visible water appeared. A photograph of a displayed message helps record the concern. Mention recent plumbing, disposal or installation changes. We inspect the appliance and discuss the findings and repair estimate. A drainage symptom may have several causes, so we do not promise a particular repair before assessment.

Preparing the home and arranging authorization

Provide the complete Monrovia service address, ZIP code and unit number if applicable. Share entry and parking instructions and clear a working area around the appliance. Do not move a heavy built-in unit yourself to prepare for service. If the person scheduling is different from the person paying, arrange a clear way to approve the estimate before repair work begins.

Scheduling and repair estimates

Give us the model number, service address and a description of the symptom when you contact ABS. We confirm appointment availability and applicable service charges. After diagnosis, you receive an explanation of the findings and a repair estimate to approve before work starts. Parts availability and the condition of the appliance determine the repair plan; some jobs require a return visit.

Repair warranty: 30 days on labor and 90 days on installed parts. Ask about the coverage for your particular repair. ABS provides independent residential appliance repair and is not affiliated with or authorized by Thermador.
